Technical SEO

There are hundreds of ranking signals that help determine search results. These include loading speed, link structure, keywords, AMP, Schema and many more.

Technical SEO

No one really likes to talk about the technical aspect of Search Engine Optimization, or SEO. Mainly because it isn't sexy and it is hard to do competently.

What is technical SEO? It is basically getting all the mechanical things under the hood of your website so a search engine can read what you have. Search engines like Google send out their crawler bots to catalog the online universe and that is a lot to keep track of. In order to do it in a timely manner, Google puts a time limit on how much time their bots spend with your site.

Google won't say how long that limit is, but we at DNA Digital Marketing think it is getting shorter all the time. So what does that mean to you and your website? Well if your site isn't in tip-top technical SEO shape, it could be frictional. Making the crawler bot either take longer than it should to crawl your website or just abandon sections of your site completely because it isn't indexed properly. We at DNA pride our selves in always striving to build our website with Technical SEO in mind. It is a moving target is something that needs to be maintained regularly and not left to drift and break down.
